NEC Product Lifecycle Update

NEC is extending technical support, software licensing, and Software Assurance (SWA) programs for its on-premises UC platforms that are nearing end-of-life. This extension applies to products announced after April 15, 2024, and NEC will update its Maintenance Support Acknowledgement to reflect the new terms. While NEC is still withdrawing from the on-premises business, they are committed to helping customers navigate the transition by providing continued support and offering assistance to plan for the future, either with on-premises systems or cloud solutions.
